Sludge

I debated what to have for dinner today.

I wanted cereal, but needed veggies

and so I made a sludge.

Blend:

  • 1/2 c. soy milk
  • 1/2 nectarine
  • 4 strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp organic hemp protein
  • 1 c. spinach

Top:

  • Kashi Toasted Berry Crisp

Smoothie in a Bowl > Smoothie in a Glass

And I swear this tasted good
