Dinner was inspired…

Soup + Scone, cheese scone to be exact, don’t worry friend, I have yours packed up already.

Butternut Squash Soup

  • 3 small butternut squash
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp home-made garam masala
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

Peal your squash, scoop out its innards, chop and roast with olive oil for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Combine broth, roasted squash, garlic and seasoning in a pot, boil and blend. easy peasy.

  1. What’s the weather like there? I know my skin starts to look similar to that if it gets cold and dry out. Drink lots of water! It will help hydrate you and hopefully clear that up.
