For the last several months my breakfast has consisted of oats in some form or another. Soaked in soymilk or cottage cheese for overnight oats, added to plain yogurt in it’s raw form, or cooked on the stove when I have time.
But today, only toast would do!
Sprouted wheat flax toast with peanut butter
and apples nuked with cinnamon.
I’ve been hesitant to stray from my oat based breakfasts, they stick to my ribs! But this kept me going through four hours of Lifecycle Nutrition and Nutrition and Disease Prevention.
Check me out, broadening my breakfast horizons. Next thing you know I’ll be having EGGS in the a.m.! How absurd.
