Dinner was eaten at 4:30 today because I take evening classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (upgrading because I did diddly squat in high school)
Green Smoothie + Toast with Sunflower seed butter and Crofters jam
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 c. soymilk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 c. spinach
I’m currently munching some popcorn which I made using this method, sprinkled with nutritional yeast and watching Glee.
