Last year, I realized that cottage cheese hurts my stomach. So I stopped eating it and replaced it with plain yogurt, which, luckily, doesn’t have any side effects. This morning, the container of cottage cheese was staring me in the face, so I incorporated it into my breakfast. I was interested to see if anything had changed.
There is another food that my stomach doesn’t hand too well.
By that I mean the last time I ate it I was in the fetal position for two solid days. While I’m ok with not eating cottage cheese, I want avocado! I snagged one at the store yesterday to see if my stomach is still a wimp when it comes to avocado.
