Since I was home all afternoon, I spent some quality time in the kitchen
First I made Kath’s Crunchy Buckwheat granola —
I’m more excited than usual for breakfast tomorrow, this made the house reek of delicious.
For dinner I had a big slab of Gliding Calm Tofu, Millet with coconut butter and garam masala (stole the idea from KERF) and simply steamed cabbage and asparagus with a liiiittle butter, salt and pepper. I was really inspired by the blogosphere for my food today!
This meal seemed almost normal: veggies, grains and protein, as opposed to my usual mash ups of whatever I can find in my fridge and pantry.
