The other day, I had SUCH a craving for a big, juicy
burger slab of tofu
Piled high with hummus, dijon, ketchup, banana peppers, pickles, sprouts, romaine, tomato slices AND onion. I believe that is all.
In other news, I’ve decided that once school is over, I will not be buying a summer pass for the gym (right now, it’s included in my tuition, but my membership will be over at the end of June.) Instead I’m going to spend the summer playing outside and doing LOTS of yoga. I burnt myself out at the gym and would be completely happy not seeing another
meat-head dumbell for the rest of the summer!
