Milk and Cookies

Good morning, good mooooorning!

I’m about to go to my first Bikram class in months but not before breakfast!

Breakfast cookie:
rolled oats – mashed banana – cocoa powder – dried cranberries – splash of almond milk – peanut butter – vanilla
*mash together before you go to bed, spread onto a plate and put in the fridge overnight*

Coconut butter drizzle on top! It solidifies into a solid icing of sorts, you know the stuff on top of store-bought sugar cookies? MMM!

No cookie is complete without an ice cold glass of (almond) milk.
