Cleanse be gone

This morning after a big bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal I headed to The Yoga Passage for some bending and breathing before work

After a brief yoga hiatus – ok, not even a whole week – it felt great to be back on my mat. Challenging, but still great.

Work was uneventful which was nice after a crazy week last week that I’m so glad is over because now I can laugh about it. Har-dee-har.

Lunch was Indian lentil soup made by my mom with zuchinni and mary’s crackers


and for dinner I quickly made a tragic dinner of (gluten-free) toast with eggs and hummus with a side of steamed broccoli.

aaaand I’m officially over this cleanse! Six more days, only six more days.

The rest of my evening is going to be filled with Glee and researching which courses I should be taking when I go back to school in January! I don’t know which one I’m more excited about.
